Panaservice is an approved Panasonic Authorised Service centre.
Panasonic products purchased within the UK are covered under warranty for genuine manufacturing defects. If a product fails during the warranty period, we will provide a free of charge repair; this includes a collection and return service for all Panasonic Plasma and LCD televisions 37” and above. Televisions under 37” and other smaller items are eligible for a free of charge repair, but will need to be taken or sent to one of our service centres.
With service centres / facilities located in Bristol, Exeter and Salisbury our Panasonic trained engineers have extensive knowledge of Panasonic products; they can therefore apply their technical knowledge to assist you and your customers with any repairs or service enquiries you may have.
A warranty repair service is provided on the basis that a valid purchase receipt or warranty certificate is submitted with the product and the fault is one of legitimate electrical or mechanical failure.
Product failure occurring as the result of factors that do not constitute genuine manufacturing defect are not covered under the terms of the warranty and any repairs of this nature would be chargeable.
Products not covered under warranty are subject to a £48 workshop inspection fee.
